The Branch in Czarnolas has been in place since 1957. The collection of books of the library consists of 9,650 volumes containing both belles-lettres for adults, books for kids and the youth, as well as science and popular science literature. The branch is located on the first floor of the Primary School and it is conducted by Ms. Stanisława Jarosińska.
Czarnolas founded in XV century has always been a valuable place for the region. The village has its own church, primary school, kindergarten, library, volunteer fire department (VFD) and the renowned Jan Kochanowski Museum. The number of the inhabitants in the village is 351.
